Work With Us.
We are a small team in Brewster, New York. When we hire, we look for people who can explain their thinking to a business owner without jargon.
Open Roles
There are no open positions posted right now. If you do good work in web development, local SEO, automation or client support, send us something you have built and we will keep it on file.
A Small Team, Working on Real Businesses
We are a small operation in Brewster, New York, working with contractors, restaurants, trades and professional services across the Hudson Valley. The work is varied because the clients are: one week is a local SEO rebuild, the next is an automation that stops a roofing company losing storm enquiries.
It suits people who like seeing the effect of their work. When a follow-up sequence starts recovering quotes that used to go cold, the owner tells you about it directly. That feedback loop is short here in a way it rarely is at a larger agency.
It does not suit people who want to specialise narrowly and stay there. Everyone here works across more than one discipline.

What We Look For
The single most important skill here is explaining technical work to someone who is not technical, without condescending to them.
Our clients are experts in roofing, food service and landscaping. They are not expected to know what schema markup is, and a person who cannot explain why it matters in one plain sentence is not much use to them.
Beyond that: doing what you said you would do by the day you said it, being willing to tell a client the unwelcome answer, and caring whether the work actually moved the business rather than whether it was delivered.

Areas We Hire Into
- WordPress and front-end development – Elementor, custom CSS, performance work
- Local SEO – profiles, content, technical audits, reporting
- Automation – CRM integrations, workflows, documentation
- Virtual assistance – calls, scheduling, follow-up, client support
- Design – brand, signage content, document templates
There are no posted vacancies at the moment. If you do good work in any of these, send something you have built and a short note about it to support@iloveadsproductions.com. We keep genuine introductions on file and we do come back to them.
How We Work, Day to Day
Worth knowing before you write, because it will not suit everyone.
Small team, wide scope
Nobody here works on one discipline exclusively. A developer will end up in a conversation about follow-up sequences; someone doing SEO will have opinions about the estimate template. That breadth is the job, not a temporary condition while we grow.
Direct client contact
You will speak to the business owners whose work you are affecting. No account layer, no brief passed down third-hand. That means the feedback is immediate and occasionally blunt, and it means you can see whether what you built actually helped.
The clients are not marketers
They are roofers, restaurateurs and landscapers. Explaining a technical decision in plain language without talking down to someone is a core skill here, not a soft extra.
Honest over comfortable
If a client asks for something that will not work, the expectation is that you say so and explain why. Delivering a request you know is a waste of their money is the fastest way to lose their trust and ours.
Local
We are in Brewster, working with businesses across the Hudson Valley and into western Connecticut. Some of this work involves being on site, in a restaurant or on a job site, understanding how the business actually runs.
If that sounds right, send something you have built and a short note about why you built it that way, to support@iloveadsproductions.com.
